Consultations with Dr. Plechner

In order to provide you and your pet with a valuable and effective consultation, it is imperative that the following information is provided:

1. Ensure that your veterinarian is willing to work with Dr. Plechner on lab interpretation, diagnosis and suggested treatment.



2. An initial telephone consultation with Dr. Plechner (including initial lab work interpretation) will be charged at a fee of US $150.00. A brief follow up consultation with Dr. Plechner will be charged at a fee of US $75.00. A direct payment can be charged to your credit card through our secure online payment service using PayPal.



3. You will be informed during your consultation if the NVDS EI (Endocrine-Immune) Form (Click here to download PDF file. 64k) is necessary to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Please note that your veterinarian will charge for the lab work. If this lab work is necessary, please download and print the NVDS form and submit it to your local veterinarian in order to efficiently handle and submit blood work to the laboratory.
